Customer Service Representative

 

Location: Eagleville, PA / Audubon, PA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at PWS, you will be the frontline ambassador for our rapidly growing home services company, playing a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, address customer concerns, schedule service appointments, and provide essential administrative support to our team. By embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service, you will help drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and contribute directly to the continued success and expansion of PWS. Your ability to navigate service management software and coordinate effectively with our field technicians will be crucial in delivering seamless and efficient service experiences, ultimately enhancing our overall customer experience and supporting our growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of duties including answering phones, data entry, and clerical duties.
  • Manage and coordinate schedule for sales and service calls.
  • Develop and manage marketing ideas and social media applications.
  • Follow up with customers regarding contracts and service work.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Service Titan and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.

Generator Service Technician

Position Overview:

As a Generator Service / Installation Technician at PWS, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety, reliability, and peace of mind for our residential clients by maintaining and repairing generator systems. Your responsibilities include executing diagnostics, running control and power wiring, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing top-notch installation services. Working both independently and with our installation teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers and collaborating with office support to enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise directly impacts the reliability of our clients' power systems, reducing downtime and safeguarding against outages. Equipped with the latest tools and ongoing training, you'll play an indispensable role in upholding PWS's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, contributing to our growth and mission to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the installation of generator systems, ensuring all control and power wiring is expertly run and terminated in panels.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on generators to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues, executing necessary repairs efficiently.
  • Work independently or collaborate with the installation team to complete projects to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete work orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure all tools and parts are readily available.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in generator installation and repair.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with Service Titan a plus.
  • Full-time position working Monday to Friday.
  • Availability for on-call shifts after normal working hours may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
